Kath Abrahams

Kath Abrahams

Kath Abrahams is Director of Engagement & Fundraising at Diabetes UK, the leading charity in the UK for people affected by diabetes.  She is also Vice Chair of the Institute of Fundraising and Trustee for Action Aid UK. She has worked in the charity sector for 20 years and brings significant senior leadership and management experience in fundraising, marketing and communications from a range of roles. Kath is strongly committed to engaging and inspiring people with causes by building great relationships with them.

Lisa Gawell

Lisa GawellLisa Gawell är utbildningsansvarig på Raoul Wallenberg Academy som stöttar unga att ha modet att göra medmänsklig skillnad. De erbjuder skolprogram om mänskliga rättigheter, ger lärarutbildningar i självledarskap och genomför Changemaker Camps för unga blivande sociala entreprenörer. Målet är ungdomar med en stark inre kompass, tränade för att navigera i en komplex föränderlig värld.

Joe Jenkins

Joe JenkinsJoe Jenkins is Director of Supporter Impact and Income at The Children’s Society and leads our Income Generation and Supporter Engagement teams.  The Children’s Society is a national charity that runs local services, helping children and young people when they are at their most vulnerable, and have nowhere left to turn.  They also campaign for changes to laws affecting children and young people, to stop the mistakes of the past being repeated in the future. Working in the charity sector for over 15 years, Joe has focussed his efforts on helping people to achieve as much impact as possible for the causes that inspire them.  He was previously Director of Engagement at Friends of the Earth overseeing their fundraising, communications and activism, as well as Acting CEO.  Prior to this, Joe worked with a wide range of different charities, including Royal National Institute of Blind People, NSPCC, British Red Cross, WWF and IFAW. Joe is a Trustee for Refugee Action, the Chair of the Institute of Fundraising National Convention and an Advisory Panel Member of Rogare, The Fundraising Think Tank.  He lives in Hove with his wife, young daughter and a puppy.

Arvid Erlandsson

Arvid ErlandssonArvid Erlandsson disputerade i Psykologi vid Lund Universitet 2015 och har sedan dess forskat om beslutsfattande i hjälpsituationer vid Linköpings Universitet där han är en del av JEDI-Lab. Han har publicerat ett stort antal vetenskapliga artiklar och 2017 fick han nationalkommittén i Psykologi’s pris till årets framstående yngre forskare. Arvids forskning berör olika frågor som kan kopplas till hjälpande, t.ex. Vilka typer av människor hjälper mer? I vilka situationer hjälper vi mer? Hur väljer vi då vi måste fördela resurser mellan olika hjälpprojekt? Hur bedömer vi människor som hjälper eller inte hjälper i olika situationer?

Anne-Marie Grey

Anne-Marie GreyAnne-Marie Grey, Executive Director and CEO brings more than 30 years of fundraising and marketing experience – both in the United States and internationally – to USA for UNHCR. Appointed in September 2014 to lead the organization and enhance its programs and resources, Anne-Marie is committed to mobilizing efforts in support of the 68.5 million men, women and children that have been forced to flee their homes around the world. Prior to joining USA for UNHCR, Anne-Marie worked with UNHCR, Save the Children, UNICEF and Share our Strength in a variety of leadership fundraising and marketing positions. Before returning to the United States, Anne-Marie lived in Australia, where she led marketing and development programs for the National Museum of Australia and held several roles at the National Gallery of Australia in Canberra.

Adrian Sargeant

Adrian_SargeantAdrian Sargeant is Chief Executive of The Philanthropy Centre. Formerly the first Hartsook Chair in Fundraising at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University, Adrian is passionate about achieving massive growth in philanthropy. All his work is focussed on achieving that by developing the value that donors get from their giving. He specialises in the new science of philanthropic psychology, a science that is routinely doubling the income for those charities that apply it . Adrian has received many awards and honors for his services to the profession and was named to the prestigious Nonprofit Times Power and Influence List in 2010. He received a Civil Society Award for his services to fundraising and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Institute of Fundraising in 2016.
